Support new hires during their first live customer interactions. ***Do you enjoy developing talent and creating engaging learning experiences that truly make an impact?*** *At The LEGO Group, we are looking for a Customer Service Onboarding Trainer based in Monterrey who will inspire and prepare our new Consumer Services Advisors from day one of their career journey.* *If you believe training should be structured, dynamic, and memorable, this opportunity is for you.* **Your Mission** *Design and deliver fun, reliable, knowledgeable, and engaging induction training experiences for new hires, ensuring they start their journey with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to deliver world\-class service.* ***Start Date: April 27th, 2026*** ***Onboarding Training Period: April 27th – June 29th, 2026*** ***Employment Type: Permanent*** ***Travel: This role may involve some travel requirements to Tempe, Arizona, USA.*** **Key Responsibilities** * Facilitate in\-person New Hire Induction Training * Review and continuously improve training materials * Design and create engaging onboarding content using strong instructional design techniques * Collaborate closely with Team Leaders, Resource Planning, and other stakeholders * Share best practices globally to support continuous improvement * Role model LEGO values, Diversity \& Inclusion, and leadership behaviors * Evaluate advisor performance and provide real\-time coaching and feedback * Support new hires during their first live customer interactions **About the Team** *Consumer \& Shopper Engagement supports The LEGO Group by delivering world\-class service through meaningful consumer interactions.
