Planning and monitoring of executive projects **POSITION: ENGINEERING COORDINATOR** **LOCATION: MONTERREY, NUEVO LEON (BASE) WITH WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL TO ANY STATE OF THE REPUBLIC** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Civil Engineer, Architect, or Mechanical Engineer * 5 to 10 years of experience in megaproject coordination. * Competencies: Leadership \- Integrity \- Competence \- Resilience \- Proactivity \- Planning \- Organization \- Respect \- Stress tolerance \- Teamwork Main Responsibilities: * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams * Planning and monitoring of executive projects * Support for specific suppliers * Engineering integration * Technical customer support * Preparation of executive technical reports Required Knowledge: * Civil infrastructure (mandatory) * Hydraulic infrastructure (basic): Pumping stations, aqueducts, pressure lines, regulatory/protection structures * Project management methodology * Drawing software knowledge * Monitoring tools: Teams, SharePoint, and Project * Knowledge of permits and administrative procedures Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $42,212.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Willingness to travel: * 100% (desirable) Workplace: On-site employment
