You will be responsible for ensuring order, tracking, and proper execution of administrative and HR activities, contributing to the company’s smooth operation. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and archive administrative documentation. * Prepare reports, letters, forms, and internal communications. * Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist in organizing internal events. * Support minor procurement, inventory control, and basic petty cash handling. * Answer calls and emails, and provide general support to departments as needed. * Assist in recruitment processes: posting vacancies, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews. * Maintain and update personnel files. * Support onboarding and induction processes. * Assist in preparing employment contracts, renewals, and other labor-related documents. * Collaborate in workplace climate and internal communication initiatives. Required Skills and Knowledge. * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (degree completed). * Experience: 1 year in human resources and administration processes. * Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and digital tools. * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities. * Discretion and ethics in handling confidential information. Activities and Responsibilities. * Welcoming new hires. * Tracking interviews and evaluations. * Managing internal announcements. * Archiving personnel files and labor documents. * Assisting in report and database preparation. * Preparing interview/training invitations and logistics. * Following up on HR administrative procedures. * Providing operational support to the HR department. * Invoicing. * Maintaining up-to-date personnel files. * Monitoring established entry/exit schedules. * Minor procurement and supplier logistics. * Supply control. * Revenue control (issuing client invoices, payment follow-up).
