Operations management and technical supervision A construction company located in the southern part of the city is seeking candidates for the position of ***Construction Coordinator (Installations and Logistics)*** **Job Objective** Ensure that products or services are delivered and installed efficiently by coordinating human and material resources to meet agreed-upon deadlines and quality standards with the client. **Requirements** * Civil Engineer or Architect * Supply Chain Management * **Willingness to travel** * **Residence within Nuevo León (*****No out-of-state applicants, immediate hiring*****).** * **Experience:** 5+ years in similar operational coordination roles * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), warehouse management software (WMS), and route optimization tools (TMS) * **Soft Skills:** Team leadership, supplier negotiation, assertive communication, and ability to work under pressure. * **Technical Knowledge:** Safety regulations (ISO), facility maintenance protocols, and local/international transportation regulations. * **IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY REQUIRED!** **Responsibilities** * **Operations Management:** Plan and optimize the movement of goods and deployment of installation technicians. * **Technical Supervision:** Monitor integrity during and after installation. * **Schedule Control:** Develop and execute work schedules to ensure deliveries align with installer availability. * **Incident Resolution:** Serve as liaison between departments to resolve delays, cargo damage, or scheduling conflicts. * **Budget Management:** Analyze and control transportation, labor, and supply costs. **We Offer** * **Salary:** Up to $40,000 MXN per month, tax-free * Statutory benefits * Direct employment contract with the company * Job stability and career growth plan * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday until 1:00 PM * **IMMEDIATE HIRING!** Interested candidates should apply via this channel with an updated CV.
