




Grupo Casco Transportes is seeking: Continuous Improvement Executive **Objective:** * Analyze and investigate current processes to develop, implement, and verify, ensuring the success of initiatives **Functions:** \-Analyze current processes \-Identify areas for improvement in existing processes \-Design future processes \-Generate and track implementation plans \-Continuously generate process indicator reports \-Conduct engagement sessions with responsible departments \-Coordinate departmental activities to achieve project success \-Train work teams \-Develop improvement projects \-Effectively and efficiently document executive-level changes in process improvements \-Create business cases for innovations \-Identify and adapt best market practices **Education and Certifications** \- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (completed) \- Lean, Kaizen, PMP, or related certifications (desirable) **Competencies/Skills** \- Organization and planning \- Proactivity \- Time management \- Attention to detail \- Active listening \- Synthesis ability \- Data analysis interpretation skills \- Effective communication \- Problem solving \- Decision-making ability **Experience** \- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience \- Participation in continuous improvement projects and Kaizen events, experience in implementing changes and optimizing service processes **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:00 hrs Saturday 9:00 – 13:00 hrs (Occasional) **Address:** Av.
