Focus on adherence to quality and service standards At IXPIA Private Security, we seek a responsible, proactive, and leadership-driven Operational Supervisor tasked with coordinating and supervising operational staff assigned across various services. The primary function is to ensure compliance with security protocols, proper staff appearance and performance, and timely response to client needs. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily operations of security personnel across assigned services. * Verify compliance with instructions, appearance standards, schedules, and staff performance. * Respond to incidents, prepare reports, and follow up on relevant events. * Coordinate staff shifts, breaks, and reassignments. * Provide client support and assistance in any operational situation. * Assist in training and orientation of new staff. * Ensure compliance with company guidelines and quality and service standards. Requirements: * Valid standard vehicle driver's license. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an Operational Supervisor or similar role in private security. * Knowledge of instructions, access control, logs, and operational reporting. * Personnel management and conflict resolution skills. * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma. * Valid driver's license.
