JOIN OUR TEAM AS: Cashier * Work Location/Area: MACRO PLAZA OAXACA * Recommended Experience: Minimum 1 year in cashier roles at supermarkets, pharmacies, and/or convenience stores * Positive attitude * Willingness to learn * Strong communication skills * Availability for full-time work (flexible shifts). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Process merchandise payments at the point of sale; responsible for cash handling and organizing bank documents. * Maintain an organized cash drawer to ensure sufficient change at all times. * Manage payment processing via debit and credit cards. * Promote impulse-sale products, memberships, and inform customers about available promotions. * Explain receipt contents to customers and resolve questions or suggestions regarding merchandise payments. * Perform cash reconciliation and hand over funds to the point-of-sale manager; clean work area. * Receive merchandise, assist with stocking, and support inventory counts. * Assist with any other tasks assigned by the point-of-sale manager or assistant manager.
