We seek a field-oriented professional who works on-site, makes operational decisions, and possesses proven experience executing large-scale projects from start to finish. **We offer** * Monthly salary of $35,000 (tax-free) * Statutory benefits **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise multiple contractors and work fronts * Monitor physical progress, schedules, costs, and construction quality * Resolve technical and operational issues directly on-site * Act as the overall project representative on-site **Requirements:** * Proven experience in vertical housing projects * Direct responsibility for at least three buildings of seven or more levels * Own approved contractor registry * Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer Employment type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
