




Position Summary: Supports personnel management, employee assistance, and internal logistics, maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel files and reports. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of events and support in recruitment RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and maintain up-to-date personnel files. Prepare incident reports. Handle internal HR systems for onboarding and offboarding. Provide assistance and follow-up for employee inquiries. Support the recruitment process. Coordinate logistics for internal and training events. Draft employment certificates and internal announcements. Support the onboarding process for new hires. Manage distribution of payroll slips and identification credentials. REQUIREMENTS Basic knowledge of personnel administration. Proficiency in office software for report preparation. Familiarity with office equipment. Ability to handle confidential information. Communication skills and empathy. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in file management. Verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation.
