Professional customer interaction and teamwork **Service Manager – Truck Dealership** León, Guanajuato **Job Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper functioning of the service department, guaranteeing work quality, departmental profitability, and complete customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Education: Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technician, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in: * Automotive or heavy-duty truck service industry: repair workshops or dealerships, customer service, personnel management * Valid driver's license (mandatory) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Knowledge and Competencies** * Financial control of the service department * Workshop and warranty supervision * Inventory and tool administration * Development of service sales strategies * Management of KPIs and monthly reporting * Excellent organizational and decision-making skills * Strong sense of urgency * Leadership and teamwork * Professional customer interaction **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise workshop operations and warranty administration * Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and profitability * Authorize purchases, invoicing, discounts, and warranties * Control inventory and tools * Coordinate service department commercial policies * Supervise staff training * Support accounts receivable recovery * Implement sales strategies and promotions **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary: **$18,000 to $22,000 MXN** * Statutory benefits * 15-day year-end bonus * Job stability * Excellent working environment **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM If you meet the profile and wish to grow within a solid truck industry company, apply now!
