




Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical-minded Process Engineer to identify, analyze, design, and optimize processes with the goal of achieving efficiency and operational excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and development of projects to improve tooling and processes. 2. Leading feasibility studies to assess safety and cost risks. 3. Presenting executive reports to executives and managers. We seek a Process Engineer with an analytical and continuous improvement mindset. The primary objective is to identify, analyze, design, and optimize organizational processes to achieve efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement, and standardization—thereby driving operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** Planning and development of projects to improve tooling, capital equipment, products, and processes. Leading and conducting feasibility studies to evaluate project-related risks that positively impact safety, quality, productivity, and cost metrics and KPIs. Quoting and requisitioning tooling, capital equipment, and materials for projects. Tooling kick-off and buy-off. Joint coordination for shipment of materials, tooling, and capital equipment to locations according to project development until home line. Executive reporting on project status and key outstanding activities. Updating documents for new programs, such as Tooling Tracker, Equipment Tracker, and Component Tracker. Supporting process documentation, including flowcharts, PFMEAs, etc. Presenting executive reports to program executives, plant directors, and department managers. At project closeout, assessing final status against the original plan: planned objectives, feedback, and lessons learned. **Requirements:** 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the automotive industry. Experience in industrial, production, or manufacturing environments. Experience in budget and project management.
