Incident reporting and preparation of operational reports Job Description: At Transportes Cepsa, we are looking for a Logistics Controller responsible for supervising our vehicles in real time, ensuring compliance with assigned routes, delivery times, and driver safety. Requirements: Flexible availability (shift-based role) Completed high school diploma or technical degree Minimum 6 months of experience in GPS monitoring, logistics, or transportation Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of map usage and geolocation Effective communication skills (verbal and written) Active listening and ability to respond promptly to incidents Main Responsibilities: Real-time vehicle monitoring via GPS system Precise tracking of assigned trips and routes Constant communication with drivers for status verification Reporting of incidents and route deviations Preparation of operational reports for clients and supervisors Satellite tracking and response to alerts We Offer: Monthly salary: $12,000 net Statutory benefits 100% IMSS coverage Job stability Savings fund and savings account Additional food vouchers on top of salary Life insurance Medical and psychological services. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – Technological High School Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 22 and 55 years Keywords: dispatcher, dispatcher
