JOB DESCRIPTION Manage workshop operations, evaluating repair timelines and quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Desired Profile: Previous experience in automotive dealerships or workshops (preferred). Technical knowledge in automotive mechanics. Ability to lead work teams. Organizational skills and efficient management of resources and time. Communication and problem-solving skills.
