We are currently seeking passionate, creative, dynamic, and results-oriented talent. We are currently recruiting for: OPERATIONS SCHEDULING SPECIALIST Responsibilities: 1. Register transfer and release requirements in the 'Footwear Scheduling Master' database. 2. Generate corresponding waves in WMS, considering customer specifications contained in the Engineering Customer Database, as well as the Manhattan Wave Generation Manual. 3. Request the corresponding travel sheets from Inventory for material transfers from external warehouses. 4. Coordinate with the VEM Scheduling Specialist to confirm the date material must enter VAS to ensure complete picking processing. 5. Generate picking programs according to established procedures, considering customer mix and capacity per work center and material type (loose pairs / prepacks). 6. Email the programs to the relevant work center distribution list and upload them to the SGC folder. 7. Generate daily transfer status files and share them with interested departments. 8. Track shipment and receipt of transfers between distribution centers. 9. Generate and submit transfer program compliance reports. 10. Timely follow-up on incidents during wave release processes. 11. Maintain control of printing supplies and share weekly inventory with the supplies coordinator. 12. Record delivery of picking labels, collecting corresponding signatures. 13. Validate release status on the CEDIS monitor. 14. Capture daily, weekly, and monthly indicator data, as well as the EAD dashboard.
