Position Summary: Supervises and manages the execution and maintenance of facilities such as HVAC, security, and electrical systems, while overseeing personnel and suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Prepares physical progress reports and quotes engineering solutions. **At BanBajío, people are at the center; therefore, we build a community with the best banking environment and culture.** BanBajío Corporate Office, León, Gto. **Responsibilities and Functions:** * Supervise the execution of facilities—including HVAC, security, voice and data, fire protection, and electrical systems—according to project specifications. * Manage and control maintenance personnel. * Manage and grant supplier access. * Evaluate whether modifications requested by the contractor are necessary and within budget. * Maintain records of agreements, incidents, and decisions made jointly with the contractor. * Prepare reports summarizing physical progress against scheduled milestones. * Quote engineering solutions. * Ensure quality standards according to electrical regulations. * Monitor electromechanical equipment. **Requirements:** * Completed and verifiable education in: Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Pure Mechanical Engineering, Automation/Control Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of electrical systems including transformers, UPS, emergency power plants, air conditioning, pumps, fire protection equipment, and elevators.
