




we are looking for an organized, analytical, and service-oriented **Workshop Controller**, responsible for coordinating the reception, tracking, and administrative control of workshop work orders, ensuring compliance with processes and correct billing of services performed. **Main Responsibilities:** * Open, monitor, and close work orders in the system. * Verify accurate entry of diagnostics, parts, and labor times. * Review and validate quotes before approval. * Coordinate with service advisor, workshop supervisor, and parts department to maintain operational flow. * Ensure correct billing and documentation for each service. * Monitor productivity, efficiency, and delivery time indicators. * Support warranty management and technical reporting to the manufacturer. * Maintain up-to-date administrative records of the workshop. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma or technical degree in administration, accounting, automotive mechanics, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within an automotive dealership (preferred). * Knowledge of workshop and after-sales processes. * Experience with DMS or similar systems. * Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. * Excellent communication and customer service attitude. **We Offer:** * Salary + performance bonuses. * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing training provided by the manufacturer. * Stable and professional work environment. * Opportunities for career development within the group.
