Their role involves monitoring facilities, preventing incidents, and responding quickly and effectively to emergencies, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment for everyone. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor facilities to prevent incidents and ensure safety. * Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols in internal and external areas. * Respond to emergency situations, such as evacuations, medical incidents, or conflicts, following established protocols. * Control access for personnel and vehicles, ensuring only authorized staff enter the premises. * Conduct periodic rounds across all areas, including parking lots, offices, hallways, and common areas. * Report and record any incidents or irregularities occurring on the property. * Coordinate with other staff members to respond to security-related situations. * Ensure that all staff and guests comply with security, emergency, and health protocols. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in security. * Knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and security protocols. * Observational, communication, and conflict resolution skills. * Proactive, responsible attitude with the ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Certification in security and first aid (preferred but not mandatory). **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for growth and development. * A professional and dynamic work environment.
