Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Process Engineer to ensure the implementation and updating of processes, generating action plans focused on continuous improvement in the automotive sector. Development of action plans for continuous improvement We are currently looking for a **Quality Process Engineer** to join our team to ensure the implementation and updating of processes, as well as the development of action plans focused on continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure timely updates of quality procedures * Ensure compliance with and development of processes through constant verification and training of after-sales departments * Interpret and analyze root causes and identify them in non-conformities reported to the distributor * Develop action plans focused on continuous improvement of performance indicators related to routine operations * Review proper application of industrial safety regulations across all processes * Interpret and communicate results of implemented action plans **Requirements:** * Education: Mechanical/Automotive/Industrial Engineering degree * Valid Class A driver's license **Technical knowledge in:** * Process development and facilitation * Strategic planning * Root Cause Analysis methodologies and techniques * Industrial safety regulations (STPS) * ISO standards * Audit knowledge * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive **We offer:** * Statutory benefits from day one * Life insurance * Growth opportunities within a leading automotive sector company. * Continuous training and a dynamic work environment. * Savings fund \#nova26 Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
