Job Summary: Support the registration, analysis, and control of accounting and tax operations, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and proper handling of financial information. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in accounting and tax registration, analysis, and control. 2. Ensures compliance with obligations before the SAT and IMSS. 3. Management of financial information and administrative support. Job Objective: Support the registration, analysis, and control of the company's accounting and tax operations, ensuring compliance with obligations before the SAT and IMSS, as well as accurate handling of financial information. Main Responsibilities: * Recording accounting entries in the CONTPAQi system. * Bank reconciliations. * Preparation and control of working papers. * Support in calculation and filing of taxes (Income Tax and VAT). * Review and control of issued and received CFDIs (Digital Fiscal Receipts). * Support in procedures and requirements before the SAT and IMSS. * Management and updating of Excel databases. * Filing and control of accounting and tax documentation. * General support to the accounting and administrative departments. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $15,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
