(advantages, specific features, etc.)** -------------------------------------------------------- Primary Responsibilities * Lead the implementation of process improvements. * Develop and implement fixtures and poka-yokes. * Calculate correct production line balancing. * Ensure implementation and proper functioning of the production system according to assigned roles and responsibilities. * Define and implement production manufacturing flows. * Ensure achievement of performance metrics aligned with assigned objectives. * Analyze and resolve issues related to the work area, tracking actions generated across various escalation systems. * Ensure timely updates of training modules, visual aids, and assessments related to production methods or processes. * Support the line supervisor in resolving floor-level production issues related to manufacturing processes. * Implement necessary health, safety, and environmental measures to maintain personnel physical integrity. * Analyze and ensure availability of required tools and fixtures for the manufacturing process. * Promote and participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) culture. **Company Information** ----------------------- Safran is an international high\-technology group, operating in the aviation (propulsion, equipment and interiors), defense and space markets.
