Our product is a 100% Mexican soft drink brand! We are looking for an Agronomist Technician specializing in wines at our Aguascalientes plant! **WINE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED** Your responsibilities would include: 1\. Collaborating with the fermentation supervisor to define wine, must, and other grape-derived product production methods and techniques; analyzing finished products, and overseeing their storage and preservation. 2\. Receiving and entering into the ERP system all inputs, raw materials, and ingredients involved in concentrate formulation and wine production. 3\. Managing grape supplier documentation files. 4\. Entering into the ERP system grape quantities received from each supplier. **General Responsibilities** o Overseeing the selection, receipt, and control of quantity and quality of raw materials and enological products to be used, scheduling their supply. o Providing occasional advisory support to grape suppliers. o Conducting applicable physical, chemical, microbiological, and organoleptic analyses for controlling raw materials, enological products, intermediate process products, and final products throughout the wine production process. o Managing the irrigation system on the facility premises. o Overseeing vine planting on the facility premises. o Managing and controlling waste generated by the company. **Per Concentrate Shipment** o Supporting documentation-related activities. **Biweekly** o Supporting procurement of cleaning materials and supplies for maintenance, wine, and concentrate areas. **Monthly** o Municipal payments. **Annually** o Controlling must fermentation to produce wine for Sangría Señorial. o Performing enological practices: cleaning, racking, preservation, clarification, filtration, and stabilization of wines, while monitoring yield loss control. o Deciding on the destination of by-products generated during processing and directing, where applicable, their industrial utilization. o Actively participating in Industrial Safety and Hygiene drills and training courses. **Occasional** o Collaborating in decisions regarding winery equipment design, capacity, and allocation, as well as tooling and facilities, aiming to increase operational efficiency and product quality. o Collaborating in decisions concerning vineyard plantings, variety selection, vineyard management and cultivation, optimal harvest timing, and grape transport to the winery, when these operations are linked to the winery. Directing or conducting necessary research or trials to advance enological techniques, quality control methods, and the company’s specific needs.
