Ongoing training and professional development VACANCY: MONITORING ASSISTANT Job Objective: Monitor and track branch operations using video surveillance systems and GPS tracking, identifying incidents and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Main Responsibilities: Monitoring security cameras at branches. Tracking and controlling vehicles via GPS. Detecting, recording, and reporting operational and security incidents. Preparing daily monitoring reports. Communicating and following up with branch managers regarding events or anomalies. Preserving and retrieving video evidence when required. Verifying compliance with routes, schedules, and operational protocols. Requirements: Completed high school education or technical degree. Proficiency in computer equipment and Microsoft Office suite. Experience in CCTV monitoring, GPS, or security (preferred). 2 shifts available.
