**Job Description** Perform the route from the HUB to local routes using the vehicle assigned by AutoZone to ensure daily delivery route coverage from the HUB, fulfilling merchandise delivery to commercial customers while guaranteeing adherence to pickup timelines, timely delivery of merchandise, and compliance with established policies for use of the assigned vehicle—ensuring customer satisfaction **Responsibilities** * Deliver merchandise along local routes to commercial customers within scheduled delivery timeframes, using the assigned vehicle to achieve customer satisfaction and sales closure with AutoZone’s commercial customers. * Support sales counter operations in the Commercial Program module by assisting in-person or telephone customers to clarify questions regarding product availability, specifications, or functionality. * Complete the vehicle inspection checklist properly by accurately filling out the logbook. * Report vehicle-related incidents to the Commercial Manager and follow up accordingly. * Process cash collections against invoices and credit card transactions correctly to support the product delivery process and sales closure. * **Requirements** * Completed high school education * One or two years of experience * Prior experience as a driver of any type of vehicle * Valid driver’s license * Must be at least 21 years old * Experience operating standard vehicles (e.g., Spark) AutoZone de México is the leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
