The Scrum Master acts as a facilitator, guide, and coach for the development team and Product Owners, promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement in each sprint.* **Profile:** \-Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Administration, Computer Systems, or related field. \-Scrum Master certification: CSM, PSM, or equivalent (Desirable). \-3 to 5 years of experience as Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Coach in **IT projects, UX/UI design, and application of Design Thinking.** \-Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Trello. General knowledge of IT infrastructure, servers, cloud computing, and enterprise applications. Design and prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, desirable).
