Proactive and responsible throughout the selection process A leading private security company **SELECTION ANALYST** ***Responsibilities:*** * In-person interviews, telephone screening, and administration of psychometric tests. * Candidate follow-up, reference verification, and hiring closure. * File management * Job posting dissemination across platforms * Review of documents for physical files. * Working under KPIs * Results-oriented approach. ***Requirements:*** Minimum 1 year of experience as a Recruiter in Security Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field Experience handling mass vacancies.
