You will build agentic workflows, troubleshoot API errors, manage client GHL accounts, and design systems that buy back 30\+ hours of founder time per week. **The Mission** Your goal is to own the "How" so the Founder can focus on the "What." You will take full ownership of client onboarding, AI system builds, and operational delivery. **What You Will Do** **1\. AI \& Automation Engineering (40%)** * **Build "Agentic" Workflows:** Design complex flows in **n8n** or **Make** that don't just move data, but use LLMs (OpenAI/Claude) to reason and make decisions. * **Prompt Engineering:** Write and refine system prompts. You know how to use "System Instructions" and "Few\-Shot Prompting" to stop AI hallucinations and ensure consistent outputs. * **API Integration:** Connect disparate tools via Webhooks/API. You are comfortable forcing an LLM to output clean **JSON** to parse into other apps. * **Troubleshooting:** You don't send support tickets. You look at the execution logs, find the error, and fix the logic yourself. **2\. Client Operations \& GHL Management (30%)** * **Own the GHL Ecosystem:** Manage snapshots, workflows, custom values, and calendars inside GoHighLevel. * **Deployment:** Deploy AI voice agents (Vapi/Air.ai) or text bots for clients, ensuring latency and response quality are optimized. * **Client Assets:** Manage the onboarding pipeline to ensure we have all access/assets needed to start the build. **3\. Project \& Systems Management (30%)** * **Manage the Pipeline:** specific ownership of the delivery pipeline in ClickUp. Ensure nothing falls through the cracks. * **Documentation:** Create "Loom" video updates for clients (explaining technical builds in simple English) and internal SOPs for the team. * **Founder Protection:** Act as the operational shield. You solve the day\-to\-day fires so the founder focuses on sales and strategy. **The Tech Stack (Must Have)** * **Automation:** Expert level in **n8n** (preferred) or **Make.com**.
