The primary objective of this role is to transform operational and commercial information into executive reports, strategic dashboards, and actionable recommendations that facilitate decision-making across various business areas. We seek a curious, proactive, and results-oriented individual capable of combining technical analysis with strategic thinking. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards and analytical reports in Power BI or Tableau. * Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using SQL and automated tools. * Analyze trends, patterns, and key metrics to generate actionable insights for Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing departments. * Validate the integrity, quality, and consistency of data used in analyses. * Automate report generation and information query processes. * Use Generative Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to optimize analysis, documentation, and productivity. * Participate in continuous improvement, digital transformation, and process automation initiatives. * Prepare executive presentations and communicate findings clearly and strategically. * Collaborate with various departments to identify information needs and propose data-driven solutions. **Required Profile** **Education** Completed or final-semester Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in: * Data Science * Actuarial Science * Industrial Engineering * Systems Engineering * Applied Mathematics * Economics * Finance * Statistics * Related fields **Experience** * 6 months to 2 years of experience. * Professional internships, relevant university projects, freelance work, or applied academic experience are considered. **Technical Knowledge** **Mandatory** * Power BI or Tableau (intermediate level) * SQL (queries, joins, basic modeling, and optimization) * Advanced Excel: * Pivot tables * Power Query * Power Pivot * Advanced formulas * Data modeling and visualization * Proficiency in AI tools for productivity and technical analysis **Desirable** * Python or R (basic/intermediate) * Knowledge of relational databases * Process automation * Basic understanding of KPIs and commercial metrics * Intermediate technical English **Competencies and Skills** * Analytical thinking * Synthesis ability * Effective communication * Attention to detail * Organization and prioritization * Intellectual curiosity * Proactivity * Results orientation * Technological adaptability * Collaborative teamwork Salary: $8,276.22 - $20,846.61 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance Travel availability: * 50% (Desirable) Work location: Hybrid remote in Naucalpan, Méx.
