Position Summary: Nextwork is seeking an experienced Interior Architect to design and supervise interior architecture projects in the luxury hospitality or residential sectors, managing both new designs and maintenance/renovations. Maintenance and renovation management without disrupting operations **Nextwork is seeking an INTERIOR ARCHITECT in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Interior Architect** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture (degree holder). Experience: 3–5 years in interior design, preferably in the luxury hospitality or residential sector. Salary: $30,000 MXN per month, plus statutory benefits Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs Competencies: Attention to detail, vendor management, problem-solving under pressure, and strong aesthetic sense. Main Responsibilities Design and New Projects Conceptualize and develop interior design proposals that respect the brand’s unique visual identity. Prepare construction drawings, renderings, and concept catalogs. Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories (FF\&E) that balance luxury and operational durability. Maintenance and Renovation Supervise preventive maintenance of finishes (wood, textiles, lighting) to prevent deterioration from continuous use. Manage corrective aesthetic maintenance: quick repairs that do not affect guest experience. Lead cyclical renovations of guest rooms and common areas without disrupting hotel operations. Operational Management Coordinate with external vendors and contractors, ensuring on-time delivery and construction quality. Prepare detailed budgets and project cost control.
