




**Job Title:** IT Technician L1 / EUC L1 **Location:** Ciudad De Mexico **Contract Type:** B2B **Job Summary:** We are seeking a motivated IT Technician Level 1 / EUC Level 1 to provide first\-level technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will be fluent in **Spanish and English** and able to operate efficiently within a professional IT support environment. This role is offered under a **B2B** contract. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide first\-level support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues. * Troubleshoot and resolve end\-user technical problems via phone, email, or ticketing systems. * Assist with setup, configuration, and deployment of IT equipment. * Monitor and maintain IT assets and documentation. * Escalate unresolved issues to higher\-level support or specialized teams. * Support end\-user computing initiatives and IT projects as needed. **Requirements:** * Eligible to work in **Mexico**. * Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business software applications. * Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and troubleshooting procedures. * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills. * Customer\-service oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in IT support or EUC roles. * Knowledge of networking fundamentals and remote support tools. **Contract \& Benefits:** * Engagement under a **B2B contract**. * Opportunity to grow within IT operations teams.
