Job Summary: At Microformas, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Support and Testing Analyst to serve as the bridge between business needs and technological solutions, passionate about continuous improvement and the design, implementation, and evaluation of processes. Key Highlights: 1. Design, plan, and execute quality tests for developments and solutions. 2. Document tests performed for QA and Production environments. 3. Develop proposals for quality testing processes for customers and users. At Microformas, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Support and Testing Analyst capable of serving as the bridge between business needs and technological solutions. Job Responsibilities: - Design, plan, coordinate, and execute quality tests for developments generated within the department, as well as solutions implemented by the consulting department. - Document tests performed for QA and Production environments of various developed applications, in accordance with established processes for the DST and Consulting departments. - Schedule tests according to the project planning of the Innovation Directorate, using either waterfall or agile methodologies, as appropriate. - Develop proposals for quality testing processes of applications for customers and users. Requirements: - Experience: 1–3 years as a Tester, Test Analyst, or similar position. - Experience in software testing. - Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Postman, JMeter, Appium, Postman). - Process analysis and documentation. - Handling of information systems requirements. - Business process management.
