




Job Summary: The Project Manager will plan, execute, and oversee the comprehensive development of architectural, structural, and installation projects, leading teams and managing risks. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the comprehensive development of architectural, structural, and installation projects, including the preparation and review of descriptive and calculation reports, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. They will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate technical and human resources, manage risks, and ensure applicable regulatory compliance, maintaining constant communication with all departments involved in each project. Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and coordinate the comprehensive development of executive projects. * **Supervise the proper preparation of architectural, structural, and installation drawings.** * Review and validate descriptive and calculation reports. * **Manage schedules, budgets, and cost control.** * Coordinate internal and external multidisciplinary teams. * **Supervise construction work and provide technical follow-up.** * Identify technical, regulatory, and operational risks, proposing timely solutions. * **Ensure compliance with current legal and regulatory frameworks.** * Coordinate and supervise the tracking of procedures and regulatory compliance through external agents or responsible parties. * **Maintain constant communication with management, clients, and other departments.** * Optimize internal project management processes. Required Profile Academic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * **Specialization or certification in Project Management (desirable).** Experience * Minimum 4 years in project management and coordination. * **Proven experience in construction supervision.** * Preparation and control of budgets. * **Coordination of technical and multidisciplinary teams.** Technical Knowledge * Proficiency in AutoCAD. **Revit (desirable).** SketchUp. **Rendering software (Lumion, V\-Ray, Enscape, or similar) – desirable.** * Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework applicable to architecture and construction projects. * **General knowledge of licensing, permitting, and governmental procedures.** * Knowledge of Civil Protection guidelines and requirements. * **Ability to coordinate and supervise the tracking of procedures and regulatory compliance through third parties.** * Risk management. * **Project planning and scheduling.** * Knowledge of construction equipment and materials. * **Construction work monitoring and control.** Competencies * Leadership and decision-making. * **Effective communication.** * Teamwork. * **Strategic thinking.** * Problem-solving. * **Organization and planning.** Results-oriented. * **Negotiation skills.** Languages * Basic to intermediate English (technical reading desirable).
