Francisco, with subject line “Controller Position”*** We are looking for a highly qualified Controller to supervise and control the financial and administrative management of our organization. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient use of resources, compliance with Mexican tax regulations, and transparency in financial reporting. Responsibilities * Supervise the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF). * Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and expense control. * Implement and strengthen internal control systems. * Ensure compliance with tax obligations before the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT). * Manage internal and external audits. * Support management in strategic decision-making. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (degree and professional license preferred). * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Controller or in a similar position. * Solid knowledge of NIF, Mexican tax legislation, and SAT compliance requirements. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems. * Leadership skills, analytical thinking, and results-oriented mindset.
