**Accounts Payable Analyst** **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM / 75% remote – 25% office **Skills:** Analytical, methodical, organized, self-directed, ability to quickly learn computer systems, tolerance for monotony and routine tasks, as well as resilience under pressure and frustration, strong interpersonal communication skills and teamwork capability. **Experience:** · \+1 year as Accounts Payable Analyst. · Proficiency in computer systems. · Experience with ERP systems / Accounts Payable module or equivalent. · Processing \+1000 supplier invoices per month. · Coordination and strong relationship with internal clients. · Report preparation. **Work Tools** · Intermediate-level Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams. · Knowledge of NetSuite’s Accounts Payable module is desirable. · Proficiency in ERP or conventional Accounts Payable systems is mandatory.
