At Parks Industrial, we are seeking an **IT Analyst** to contribute to the operation and continuous improvement of the organization's technology services, ensuring the proper functioning of infrastructure, systems, and internal user support. This position will participate in gathering technological requirements, project follow-up, and operational administration of platforms and vendors. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide support and assistance to internal users regarding infrastructure and systems. * Track incidents, requests, and maintenance of technological platforms. * Support the implementation and follow-up of technological improvement projects. * Coordinate with vendors on operational and service-related matters. * Generate reports, controls, and documentation for the IT department. * Collaborate with various corporate departments to ensure operational continuity. * Support information security initiatives and compliance with internal policies. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies, Systems Engineering, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or IT administration. * Intermediate knowledge of networks, systems, technical support, and ticket management. * Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and corporate platforms. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, and service orientation. * Prior experience in corporate and operational environments is desirable. **Compensation:** * Competitive compensation package aligned with experience. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * 100% on-site position at Samara Corporate Office.
