Job Summary: We are seeking a mid-level full-stack developer to grow technically while working on a real production product, participating in architecture decisions, and collaborating closely with the team. Active use of AI tools to accelerate development and learning. **About the Role** We are looking for a mid-level full\-stack developer who wants to grow technically by working on a real product in production with real customers. You will work on both frontend and backend, participate in architecture decisions, and collaborate closely with the founder and technical team. This is not a position for maintaining legacy code. This is about building. **About VADAI** At VADAI, we build B2B SaaS software focused on commercial automation and applied artificial intelligence for distributors and industries across Mexico and Latin America. We work with modern technologies, rapid iteration cycles, and a small team where your contributions are visible and measurable. **What You’ll Do** * Develop end\-to\-end features in a modern SPA (React \+ Vite \+ TypeScript) and its backend (Node \+ Hono). * Work with PostgreSQL databases (Supabase), designing schemas, migrations, and efficient queries. * Implement clean, well-typed, and thoroughly tested REST endpoints. * Integrate with external services (messaging, ERPs, PDF generation, etc.). * Write tested code (unit \+ integration), review PRs, and maintain the technical quality of the repository. * Participate in product and architecture decisions — your opinion matters. * Use AI tools daily to accelerate development, debugging, and learning. **Requirements** * 2–3 years of professional experience developing web applications. * Strong proficiency in **TypeScript** (not just JavaScript). * Experience with **React** and a modern routing/state management framework (TanStack, Zustand, Redux, etc.). * Experience with **Node.js** on the server side (Express, Hono, Fastify, or similar). * Comfortable working with **SQL and PostgreSQL** (joins, indexes, migrations). * Familiarity with **Git** and pull request-based workflows. * **Active use of AI tools for programming** (code assistants in editors, code generation, assisted debugging).
