Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Trust-based **Job Objective** Ensure the service level expected by our customers through inventory reliability, on-time delivery, adherence to quality standards, and projected cost control. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Ensure receipt of materials (from suppliers, inter-warehouse transfers, re-shipments, and supplies), verifying compliance with quality requirements, correct quantities, proper identification, and appropriate storage within the warehouse—respecting market-defined zones, assigned centers, and warehouse layout-based identification. * Execute established work plans by allocating necessary resources for order picking, ensuring timely handover of orders to transportation providers to meet customers’ requirements for quantity, quality, and schedule (picking, packaging, loading / DT Primaries, Secondaries, Customer Pickup, Exports). * Receive and reintegrate materials returned by our customers, and perform final segregation and containment of defective materials (destruction, collections, rescheduling, rejections). * Evaluate staff performance during daily activities and develop skills through training to sustain continuous improvement. Experience * Warehouse and Inventory Administration and Control: 2 YEARS * Logistics, Distribution, and Supply Chain Processes: 2 YEARS * Use of Operational Reports for Decision-Making: 1 YEAR * Implementation of Performance Indicators: 1 YEAR * Management and Operation of a Shift in Warehouses and/or Distribution Centers: 2 YEARS * Management and Operation of a Shift in Warehouses and/or Distribution Centers handling at least 20,000 pallets: 2 YEARS Knowledge * Excel Proficiency (Intermediate): Charts Education Bachelor's Degree **Complementary Profile** EXPERIENCE: Pharmaceutical Industry.
