Here, both *what* we build and *how* we build it matter. **Role Description** As a **Tech Lead**, you are responsible for **elevating the team’s technical level** and ensuring that the software we deliver is robust, clear, and sustainable over time. This is not a role focused on control or pure execution, but rather on **technical leadership**, where you empower other developers, make difficult decisions when needed, and safeguard the system’s long-term quality. **Responsibilities** **Technical Leadership** Define and validate architectural decisions across Software Factory projects. * Establish and evolve development standards, patterns, and best practices. * * Conduct code reviews focused on quality, readability, performance, and scalability. **Team Support** Support developers’ technical growth (mentoring, feedback, pairing). * Help unblock complex technical problems. * * Foster a culture of learning, documentation, and shared responsibility. **Execution and Delivery** Work closely with PMs, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear technical solutions. * Ensure high-quality, on-time deliveries aligned with explicit technical criteria. * * Proactively identify technical risks, debt, and trade-offs, and propose solutions. **Quality and Operations** Ensure code maintainability and production system health. * Promote best practices in testing, CI/CD, observability, and deployment. * * Participate in decisions regarding technical debt prioritization and structural improvements. **Who We’re Looking For** **Technical Experience** Solid experience developing software in production environments. * Strong judgment in system architecture, APIs, databases, and services. * Ability to read, understand, and improve existing code. * * Experience working in real teams under delivery pressure and with end users. **Working Style** You care about the team’s effectiveness—not just your own code. * You can explain technical concepts clearly and patiently. * You make decisions thoughtfully, yet listen and debate openly. * * You pursue quality, but understand context, timelines, and trade-offs. **What We Offer** Diverse and technically interesting projects (product, AI, real-world systems). * Technical autonomy and space to propose and improve how we work. * A team with a high technical bar and a collaborative culture. * * Real impact on how software is built within the company.
