




Position Summary: Responsible for end-to-end administration of the Human Capital department, covering recruitment, payroll, social security, culture, and employee separations. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end human capital management for 4 brands. 2. Expert payroll, IMSS, and recruitment handling. 3. Key role in organizational culture and events. Position Objective: Responsible for end-to-end administration of the Human Capital department across our 4 brands (120 employees). Duties include operational and administrative recruitment, payroll calculation and tax control, terminations, and cultural integration events. Key Responsibilities: * **Recruitment and Selection:** Filling operational, commercial, and administrative vacancies across the 4 brands. * **Onboarding and Personnel Files:** Hiring, assembling physical/digital personnel files, and mandatory validation of INFONAVIT/FONACOT withholdings and Tax Status Certificates. * **Payroll Processing:** Pre-payroll control, salary calculation, management of taxable/exempt items, and supervision of timely and compliant electronic payroll receipt stamping (timbrado) with the SAT. * **Social Security:** Operational handling of affiliation movements in **IDSE**, contribution calculation in **SUA**, and generation of payment lines in **SIPARE** without discrepancies. * **Culture and Events:** Organization and logistics of monthly events (birthdays, seasonal celebrations such as Mother’s Day/Children’s Day) and comprehensive coordination of the company’s annual group party. * **Employee Separations:** Accurate calculation of final settlements and severance payments, negotiation of voluntary resignations, and terminations in compliance with the Federal Labor Law. Requirements: * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 verifiable years managing payroll, IMSS controls, and personnel recruitment in mid-sized companies. * **Essential Tools:** Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and at least one payroll/ERP software. * **Competencies:** Excellent service attitude, strong sense of organization, negotiation skills, dynamism in event planning, and high fiscal responsibility.
