Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems/Information Technology Engineer with experience in comprehensive technical support, infrastructure management, specialized software such as ASPEL, and information security—distinguished by proactivity and problem-solving ability. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of server infrastructure and remote connectivity. 2. Expert support for Office (advanced Excel) and ASPEL systems (COI, NOI). 3. Responsible for information security and backup management. Main Responsibilities **1\. Infrastructure and Servers:** * **Server Management:** Maintenance, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of physical and virtual servers. * **Remote Connectivity:** Configuration and optimization of remote access methods (e.g., VPN, Remote Desktop) to ensure uninterrupted work-from-anywhere capability for the team. * **Hardware Support:** Repair and maintenance of computing equipment, peripherals, and networks. **2\. Specialized Software and Office Suites:** * **Office Proficiency (Expert Level):** Advanced support across the full suite, with critical emphasis on **Excel** (macros, pivot tables, and data linking). * **ASPEL Systems:** Installation, configuration, and updates of **COI** (Integrated Accounting) and **NOI** (Integrated Payroll) systems, ensuring database integrity. * **General Technical Support:** Resolution of office software incidents, external client issues, and collaboration tools. **3\. Security and Backups:** * Management of periodic backups for server data and ASPEL systems. * Implementation of information security protocols to protect the internal network. Candidate Profile * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in comprehensive technical support (hybrid hardware/software). * **Key Technical Skills:** * Windows/Linux network and server configuration. * Advanced use of ASPEL suite (COI, NOI). * Advanced Excel (mandatory). * **Soft Skills:** Proactivity, strong problem-solving ability under pressure, and excellent teamwork and service-oriented attitude. Desirable Qualifications * Knowledge of perimeter security (firewalls). * Experience in cloud-based service management (Cloud Computing).
