Job Summary: Develops, configures, and implements backend solutions in ServiceNow, integrating, automating, and optimizing business processes according to client requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies. **Job Objective:** Develop, configure, and implement backend-focused solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring proper integration, automation, and optimization of business processes in accordance with client requirements. **Experience:** * 2\+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer or in similar roles. * Experience in ServiceNow implementation or evolutionary support projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform. * Implement workflows, business rules, scripts, and automations. * Develop integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. * Perform advanced customizations using JavaScript in the ServiceNow environment. * Participate in technical and functional requirements gathering and analysis. * Conduct unit testing, technical support, and incident resolution. * Document developments, configurations, and implemented processes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies. **Required Technical Skills:** * Solid experience in development on the ServiceNow platform. * JavaScript programming (server-side scripting). * Creation and configuration of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflows. * Development and integration of APIs (REST/SOAP). * Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and ServiceNow modules. * Database and relational structure management. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Competitive salary * 100% remote work * Monday to Friday schedule Job Type: Full-time Salary: $43,000\.00 \- $46,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Tell me about a ServiceNow development you performed where you had to implement backend logic.
