Collaborative work environment **PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANY SEEKING:** Training Instructor ### **Instructor / Trainer** **Job Objective:** Deliver **training** courses to newly hired personnel, as well as **specialization topics** to active personnel providing Private Security services. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Upper secondary school / General Baccalaureate * Experience: 1 year as an instructor * Experience or knowledge in boxing, kickboxing, or similar disciplines * Military experience * Willingness to travel * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00–19:00; Saturdays, 8:00–12:00 * Professional appearance * Training experience * Good physical condition **Skills:** * Knowledge of security * Strong verbal communication and group facilitation skills * Responsibility and punctuality **Responsibilities:** * Fundamental concepts of private security * Technical-operational aspects * Preparation of training records and documentary evidence * Reinforcement of on-the-job training and continuous improvement of training programs * Implementation of training projects and specialized courses according to service or client needs. **Benefits** * We offer a collaborative work environment. * You will have opportunities for professional growth. * Salary: $13,000 \+ commissions This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of professionals in industrial safety.
