**OPERATIONS COORDINATOR** **Position Objective:** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper operation of the maritime fleet, guaranteeing that vessels remain operational, certified, and ready to fulfill service programs under the highest standards of **safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise vessel operations and technical condition (24/7). * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. * Manage statutory certificates, inspections, and operational checklists. * Coordinate procedures and permits with maritime and port authorities (SEMAR, Port Captaincy, ASIPONA, ASEA, SEMARNAT, among others). * Prepare for and attend inspections conducted by clients and authorities (including PEMEX). * Lead the operations team and coordinate port maneuvers, berthing, and mooring. * Ensure compliance with the **ISM and PBIP** systems. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree related to the maritime sector (Maritime Administration, Port Management, Naval Engineering, Maritime Transport, Port Logistics, Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering with maritime specialization). * **Experience:** Fleet and maritime operations coordination. * **Mandatory Certifications:** * ISM (International Safety Management Code) * PBIP (Port and Vessel Protection) * Knowledge of maritime and port inspections, maritime safety, and risk management. **Are you interested?** Apply now and join our team!
