




A Mexican company is seeking a Payroll Assistant with initiative, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the calculation, control, and administration of weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with labor and tax obligations, as well as the accurate integration of information into payroll and accounting systems. Key Responsibilities * Record and update personnel incidents (hires, terminations, leaves, disabilities, vacations, overtime, etc.). * Calculate weekly payroll in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and individual/collective employment contracts. * Perform CFDI payroll stamping and cancellation. * Calculate and file tax and social security obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, SUA). * Review and reconcile payroll reports against accounting records. * Prepare payment disbursements and coordinate with the treasury department. * Generate personnel reports and statistics for management and audits. * Support internal and external audit processes. * Maintain up-to-date employee files and the payroll database. * Collaborate with Human Resources on incident tracking and administrative personnel control. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (graduated or intern). * Experience: Minimum 1 year calculating payroll and administering personnel. * Knowledge: * Labor and tax legislation applicable to payroll. * Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, and payroll systems (CONTPAQi, Nomipaq, or similar preferred). * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, filters). * Skills: * Attention to detail and numerical accuracy. * Organization and multitasking ability. * Teamwork and effective communication.
