Job Summary: We are seeking a Java Fullstack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications and RESTful APIs, collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and optimizing application performance. Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is looking for: Java Fullstack Developer **Conversational English required** **On-site work in Toluca (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)** * **Free transportation from El Ángel de la Independencia (round trip)** **Hybrid work model** **Technical Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Fullstack or Backend/Frontend Developer using Java. * Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot. * Knowledge of microservices architecture (desirable). * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker) is a plus. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong Java expertise (Spring Boot, Spring MVC). * Frontend development experience (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3\). * Proficiency with frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js). * Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL. * Experience developing REST APIs. * Familiarity with version control tools (Git). * Exposure to CI/CD tools. * Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking. * Teamwork and effective communication. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java technologies on the backend and modern frameworks on the frontend. * Develop robust and scalable RESTful APIs and backend services. * Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js). * Integrate systems and services via APIs and microservices. * Participate in requirements analysis and technical solution design. * Optimize application performance on both frontend and backend. * Conduct testing, debugging, and application maintenance. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (QA, DevOps, UX/UI). * Apply software development best practices (clean code, testing, version control). * Participate in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes. **We Offer:** * Office working hours * 100% payroll-based employment * Competitive salary negotiable according to experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU) Statutory benefits Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
