DIGITAL FORENSIC SERVICES SPECIALIST

Responsibilities: * Handle fraud cases to which the Institution and Electronic Banking users are exposed, resulting from threats such as: Phishing, Pharming, fake portals, and others. * Conduct investigations into fraud cases, information leaks, breaches of Conduct Guidelines, and other incidents to which the Institution is exposed due to the use of computing equipment and the Bank’s proprietary applications for its operations. * Prepare and present technical expert opinions as a Computer Forensics Expert regarding information recorded in the Bank’s systems to support complaints filed by the Bank against perpetrators of technology-related crimes. * Stay up to date on evolving trends in technology-related crime, investigative techniques, as well as products and services in the banking industry, in order to apply industry best practices for the acquisition and analysis of electronic evidence residing in computing devices or systems involved in illicit activities. * Research specialized sources to identify the most relevant current trends in cybercrime, malware, and other risks associated with Information Technologies, and report them to the Institution. * Participate in the development of new products from the perspective of technological risk prevention, incorporating appropriate security measures according to the level of risk. **Requirements:** Education: Completed university degree (degree certificate and professional license) Minimum 1 year of experience in digital forensic investigation processes.
