Job Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor's degree holder in Gastronomy to teach classes with experience in hot kitchen, baking, and knowledge of French cuisine, managing learning and developing the academic program. Professional management of the teaching-learning process. **Objective:** Deliver instruction at the Bachelor's degree level. **Requirements:** Resume, degree certificate, professional license, specialization in hot kitchen and baking. **Gender:** Not specified. **Age:** 27 years or older. **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy, Master's degree or equivalent. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as an instructor and specialist in the field, basic knowledge of French cuisine. **Knowledge: \- Adaptability and flexibility to meet kitchen requirements. \- Contribution to academic program development, advising students on their professional training. \- Understanding of culinary processes to determine food characteristics, production methods, varieties, preservation techniques, and shelf life. \- Development of exams, reports, lesson plans, and grading. \- Continuous improvement and updating of theoretical and practical content. \- Responsibility for creating and monitoring recipes used in kitchen practice. **Responsibilities: \* Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively in a team. \* Development of activities aligned with the curriculum. \* Supervision of kitchen operations and student groups; cleaning and organizing both the kitchen and ingredients during practical classes. \* Professional management of the teaching-learning process. \* Weekly supply requisition planning. \* Dynamic and proactive attitude. \* Ongoing evaluation **Schedule:** Class Hours, On-campus and Saturday Sessions **Position Type:** Per-Class Hour **Employment Type:** Honorarium or Equivalent **Salary:** $150 \- $200 per hour; based on qualifications and experience **SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY IS MANDATORY** **START DATE: MAY 2026** **Send your CV to:** tuxtla@isima.com.mx Position Type: Full-time Salary: $150\.00 \- $200\.00 per hour Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
