**UVG Tuxtla Campus seeks Sales and Prospecting Specialist** **Position: Prospecting Executive:** **Key Responsibilities** * + Prospecting new clients / students: visiting schools, companies, institutions, attending educational fairs or events, municipalities, and/or unions. + Client prospecting, handling inquiries, closing enrollments/matriculations, following up on prospects, using CRM, managing files, generating commercial reports. + Building strong relationships with visited institutions and delivering a work plan with value-added activities following the signing of agreements and/or initiation of institutional partnerships. + Contacting prospects via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp — following up until enrollment/sale is achieved. + Providing personalized advisory on offered educational programs: explaining curricula, benefits, costs, and requirements. + Managing a portfolio of prospects/students, generating and maintaining a database (CRM or internal system). + Meeting targets and performance goals: enrollment, sales, or lead-generation targets; commission/bonus-oriented work. + Contacting prospects (by phone or in person), providing information about ALIAT UNIVERSITIES’ educational services with empathy and a commercial focus. + Following up with prospects and finalizing enrollment or matriculation. + Participating in educational fairs, institutional events, or campus tours to promote ALIAT UNIVERSITIES’ educational offerings. + Achieving enrollment/sales targets (NI = New Incomes). **We Offer:** * + Base salary: MXN $13,500 + commissions (approx. (Professional development and career advancement plan based on performance). **Ideal Candidate Requirements:** * + Minimum experience: approximately 6 months in telemarketing or 1 year in face-to-face sales, with experience in consultative sales (preferably in the education sector or service/intangible sales). + Ability to work under a target- and commission-based system; willingness to be results-driven. + Commercial skills: sales closing techniques, handling objections, client prospecting, cross-selling, customer service. + Availability to work primarily on-site, with 80% of time spent in the field. + Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, communications, commerce/business, or administration). + Strong verbal communication skills, commercial aptitude, and enthusiasm for direct or telephone sales. + Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to perform effectively under target-related pressure. + Communication skills, empathy, and ability to interact professionally with customers/parents/students. * Flexibility to work in the field or on-site, possibly with intensive schedules (campaigns, events, fairs, follow-ups). + Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a standard vehicle. + Proficiency in computer operation and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (1 hour 30 minutes lunch break); Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. **Work Location**: Boulevard Belisario Domínguez No. 1755, Fracc.
