Execute route reconciliations for TR2 and TR1, verifying that all routes leaving\/arriving at the COP report the same quantity of items entering\/exiting, whether collected, delivered, or both, and ensuring the operator signs acceptance for any discrepancies. This is to prevent theft of items. 2\. Obtain information regarding items with reconciliation discrepancies in TR1 and TR2. Identify each waybill with an incident, question the operator, and require immediate delivery of the item. This ensures all items continue their flow within the Estafeta network and maintain traceability. 3\. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Register, locate, and manage all shipments pending departure to route on the platform. This allows physical identification of items on the platform and ensures every item has a pending status recorded. 4\. Analyze fuel performance for TR2 routes by conducting daily audits to monitor fuel loading (high and low performance). Provide this data to the supervisor to prevent fuel misuse and theft. 5\. Report reconciliation results for TR1 and TR2, as well as fuel performance audit outcomes, to the supervisor. Document and send the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits, enabling the supervisor to take corrective and\/or preventive actions with operators\/routes involved in incidents to avoid recurrence.
