We are seeking a **Construction Manager** with strategic vision and strong technical experience to lead the maintenance of the **Tapachula–Huixtla highway**, under a **Public-Private Partnership (PPP)** scheme. This role is key to ensuring safe, efficient operation and high performance standards. **Main responsibilities** * Lead and supervise road maintenance operations. * Ensure strict compliance with **PPP performance standards**. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and site supervisors. * Guarantee quality, operational safety, and efficiency across all work fronts. * Manage progress, reporting, and achievement of targets within established timelines. **Requirements** * **Civil Engineering degree** (mandatory). * **10+ years of experience** in construction, with proven track record in **road maintenance**. * Mandatory experience with **methodologies and performance standards for PPP projects**. * Availability to work **on-site full-time** (camp accommodation provided). **Working hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. **Benefits** * **Annual renewable contract**, subject to performance. * Project with guaranteed continuity until **2029**. * **Statutory benefits**. * **On-site camp available** to facilitate lodging. * Opportunity to lead a key national-level road infrastructure project.
