**Position Objective:** Monitor facilities in real time using video surveillance and electronic alarm systems, with the aim of detecting, reporting, and documenting any risk situation, unauthorized access, or critical events, ensuring the protection of warehouse assets and facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor CCTV cameras in critical areas: entrances, loading docks, perimeter, offices, and medical units. * Verify proper operation of cameras, recorders, UPS, and alarm panels. * Conduct scheduled virtual patrols every 45 minutes. * Log unusual movements, incidents, or risks in a digital logbook. * Validate alarm system events and follow up according to protocols. * Prepare incident reports supported by visual evidence (video/images). * Receive and hand over shifts with clear and complete documentation. * Maintain active communication channels (radio, telephone, internal messaging). **Experience and Requirements** * 6 months of experience as a CCTV operator in warehouses, distribution centers, or related fields. * Completed high school; technical degree in security, computer science, or electronics is desirable. * Experience in camera monitoring, alarms, virtual patrols, and logbook writing. * Proficient in video surveillance systems (DVR/NVR, IP cameras, remote viewing). * Knowledge of basic physical security protocols and incident handling. * Familiarity with basic physical security protocols and incident management. **Benefits** * INFONAVIT * Competitive salary * Paid vacations * Social Security from day one Job type: Full-time Salary: From $2,500.00 per week Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms Education: * Completed high school (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
